After only 6 months into its market development programme, the FAB Group has celebrated a 50% increase in its distributed towbar sales.
“We are delighted with our early success,” said Nick Fell, Managing Director of the FAB Group. “The challenge of growing our towbar sales by 100% over an 18 month period was set deliberately high but, with the advice and hands-on support provided by Going4Growth, this is now seen by my team as being both realistic and achievable.”
“It has been great,” said Andy Holland, FAB’s Sales Office Manager. “The sales engagement programme proposed by Going4Growth was easy to implement as it built on our core service proposition and resource skills. The results so far have been very impressive and we are delighted to have won so many new customers so quickly.” He added, “We will continue with the new customer acquisition programme over the coming months and grow our share of their towbar business. At the same time, we need to make sure that we maintain our high service levels to all of our customers.”
"The dramatic increase in sales has been the result of a strong team effort," said Graham Whittle, Managing Director of Going4Growth. "I am delighted with the way the team has responded so positively to the challenge, and I am confident that we can go on from here to achieve the planned 100% sales increase objective. Clearly, the customers are appreciating the high levels of service provided by FAB, and are now placing even more of their towbar business with FAB.”
Going4Growth is now working with the FAB Group to grow the sales of other product lines.
